Not sure if you can install DrinkPure in your home? Would you like a professional installation? Then our all-round carefree installation service is just right for you. This service can be conveniently booked with your DrinkPure order - and we will take care of the rest! And this is how it all works:
Our scope of service
- Arrival and departure from our service technician or third-party partner to your CH address
- Installation of your DrinkPure filter on your faucet at home
- Any adapters, extensions or replacement shower heads that we need for the function of your faucet
How to order?
You can easily book the service package with your filter. Simply add this service product to your shopping cart and pay. You already have a filter and would like to book the package afterwards? No problem! Please put the package without filter in the shopping cart and go to the payment.
Sequence
After your order, our customer service will contact you to coordinate the installation. Depending on where in Switzerland you want to install the DrinkPure filter, our service technician or our installation partner will come to your home. Important - If you order the service package together with your filter, our service technician will bring your order with you right away. If you have ordered the package afterwards, we ask you to hand over the filter you have already purchased to our service technician upon arrival.
And if not...?
If it turns out that the DrinkPure does not fit your faucet, we will of course refund your order including the service package.
Shipping
We deliver free of charge within Switzerland and the EU.
delivery terms
Orders from Switzerland are shipped from our Wettingen AG warehouse via Swiss Post. Orders from the EU area are sent via our warehouse in Germany. Other international shipments are brought to you via FedEx. Please note that we cannot take packing stations abroad into account. We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
We ship our filters and replacement filters in extra hygienic packaging. This is a sign that the filter was originally packaged by us. Please note that after opening the hygiene packaging, your right to return expires within 14 days. We have packed the M22 / M24 adapter separately so that you can install it in advance.
Please note that we currently only ship our filter system for under the sink to Switzerland.

If you order by 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, we will usually send your order on the same working day. We always strive to deliver on time. Due to the current situation, we only have limited influence on third-party services. In any case, we ask you to contact our customer service if you have any questions about your delivery:

If you would like to return the product, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins from the day you take possession of the goods. Please note that the returned goods must be in a resalable condition and the hygienic packaging must not be opened or damaged.
